Sydney, Nov17 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi
on Monday while addressing the Indian diaspora in
at Allphones arena in Sydney said that the
_Pravasi Bharatiya Divas_ will be celebrated on
the day Mahatama Gandhi returned to India. Modi
even talked about relaxing various laws for NRIs.
He said that due to the ongoing debate about OCI
and PIO, the Modi-led government has taken the
decision of merging them together. He added that
the step of police verification for passport has
also been removed by the government.
