The audio of Prabhu Deva's forthcoming movie Devi was formally launched on Tuesday, September 27. The songs are composed by Bollywood musicians Vishal Mishra and Sajid-Wajid.
The album consists of four songs for which Benny Dayal, Shivranjani Singh, Karthik and Shreya Ghoshal have lent their voices. Na Muthukumar has penned the lyrics for all the numbers.
The makers had also organised an event at Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai on Tuesday and it was graced by Prabhu Deva, Sonu Sood, Tamannaah Bhatia, director AL Vijay and others from the upcoming Tamil flick. The trailer and two songs of the multi-lingual flick were played for the guests at the press meet.
Speaking at the audio launch, Sonu Sood recalled his fond memories of his first Tamil film Kallazhagar with Vijayakanth and claimed that Kollywood films are always special to him. On her turn, Tamannaah thanked the makers for offering the film and drew the media attention by speaking in Tamil.
Apart from them, other members from the film, including RJ Balaji opened up on the film and shared their excitement of being part of Devi, which has been simultaneously made in Telugu as Abhinetri and in Hindi as Tutak Tutak Tutiya.
It has to be noted that the audio of Abhinetri was revealed on Sunday, September 25. The movie will be released worldwide in the three languages on October 7 on the occasion of Dussehra.
