"Devi (L)" is a horror-comedy in which Prabhu Deva, Sonu Sood and Tamannaah Bhatia are playing the lead roles. It has been simultaneously made in Telugu as "Abhinetri" and in Hindi as "Tutak Tutak Tutiya".
The makers have signed up big names to make cameo appearances in the film. Director-choreographer Farah Khan and actress Amy Jackson will be seen in special roles. The upcoming film has been written and directed by AL Vijay, who was recently in news over his split with his actress wife, Amala Paul.
Interestingly, the makers have signed up two musicians to compose the music for the South Indian and Hindi films. While GV Prakash Kumar is giving the score for the Tamil and Telugu versions, Sajid-Wajid will compose the songs for the Bollywood version of "Devi(L)." The movie features Manush Nandan's cinematography and Anthony's editing.
The video song titled "Rail Gaddi" from "Tutak Tutak Tutiya" was released on Thursday, Sept. 8. The special number, which has been picturised on Esha Gupta, Prabhu Deva and Sonu Sood, has received positive response. It has got over 1.5 lakh hits so far.
The movie will be released worldwide in the three languages on Oct. 7 on the occasion of the Dasara festival.
