After the massive success of "Baahubali", Rana Daggubati has now shifted focus towards the much-awaited Tamil remake of Malayalam blockbuster, "Bangalore Days". The remake of "Bangalore Days" features Rana Daggubati, Arya, Bobby Simha, Sri Divya and Parvathi Menon.
While the entire team of "Baahubali" is celebrating the success of the film, Rana Daggubati has made his way back to Chennai to resume shooting for "Bangalore Days". The actor took to Twitter to thank his fans for making "Baahubali" the biggest blockbuster of all time and also informed about resuming "Bangalore Days" shoot.
Directed by Bhaskar, the Tamil remake will have a completely fresh star cast, with Arya playing the role of Dulquer Salmaan, Rana Daggubati replacing Fahadh Faasil, Bobby Simha in Nivin Pauly's role and Sri Divya featuring in the character played by Nazriya Nazim.
The Malayalam version of "Bangalore Days" was a superhit as it made a record box office collection of Rs 10 crore within just a week. The film was based on the lives of three cousins, Arjun (Dulquer Salmaan) who is a motor racer, Kuttan (Nivin Pauly) a software engineer and Divya (Nazriya Nazim), who gets married to Fahadh Faasil, a workaholic.
The movie "Bangalore Days" was extremely liked by the youth who could easily connect to the film's plot. Now, fans are eagerly waiting for the Tamil remake of the blockbuster. The film is expected to hit screens by the end of this year.
