Actress Pooja Hegde, who will next be seen playing the love interest of Hrithik Roshan in "Mohenjo Daro", has laughed off the reports about her alleged off-screen romance with her co-star.
Rumours ran wild recently that the newly-single Hrithik Roshan was allegedly eyeing his co-star Pooja Hegde. The reports emerged after they recently flew back to Mumbai together after completing a schedule in Bhuj. Many followers of the actress quizzed her on her alleged link-up with the Bollywood Superstar.
Pooja Hegde has finally responded to the rumours, saying they are just friends. "You have no clue how many people have been asking me about this. The rumours don't affect me at all. As a matter of fact, there's nothing to say about it. People can think what they want, but Hrithik and I are just good friends. He's pretty chilled out and we share a good rapport," She said, according to The Hyderabad Times.
Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead alongside Hrithik Roshan in Ashutosh Gowariker's epic adventure-romance film "Mohenjo Daro", which is set in the ancient city of Mohenjo daro of the Indus civilization that dates back to circa 3000 BC. After the release of her second Telugu film "Mukunda", she joined the team of "Mohenjo Daro" in January 2015.
Along with Hrithik, Pooja shot for "Mohenjo Daro" in Bhuj for over 100 days. Having wrapped up this schedule on 23 May, she posted a photo featuring her with the film unit on her Twitter handle and wrote, "Wrapping up from Bhuj having completed 101 days of shoot today! Currently, Pooja Hegde is learning aerial dance in Mumbai. Recently, she posted a photo featuring one of her dance moves on Twitter. "I have just started taking classes. And I'm loving every moment of it. It's extremely tough, but e at the same time, it's quite liberating and e graceful. Besides, I get to learn a lot about cons trolling my body mid-air," she said when quizzed about the aerial dance.
