New Delhi/ Lucknow, Dec 4 (ANI): Politicos on Sunday criticized Uttar Pradesh Women and Child Welfare Minister Aruna Kori for putting onus on the society to check crimes like rape. Leaders of rival parties said that the onus lies on those who are in power to help bring transformation in the society by enacting strict rules. The Uttar Pradesh Minister had earlier on Sunday tried to absolve the government's responsibility over crimes like rape, saying it is the society and not the government that is responsible for such crimes. Her comments came just days after two cops allegedly gang-raped a minor girl in Badaun.
