Agra, Jan 21 (ANI): A meeting of top police officials was held in Agra city of Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday to discuss the security measures to be put in place ahead of the visit of US President Barack Obama. The city of historic Taj Mahal, Agra, is set to become a fortress ahead of Obama's visit on January 27. The Taj Mahal will be closed to visitors on that day. Multi-tier security arrangements are in place for US President's visit.
Inspector General (IG), Agra, Sunil Gupta said that an in-depth meeting review of the security arrangements was conducted. Apart from the state police force, Agra has also asked for 10 companies of paramilitary forces from the central government.
