A new trailer for "Pokemon Sun and Moon," an upcoming RPG video game for Nintendo 3DS, has showcased a new "explosive" Pokemon called Turtonator in a new trailer.
Turtonator is a Fire/Dragon type Pokemon and is a Blast Turtle Pokemon. Unlike Torkoal, which is a tortoise, Turtonator is a turtle.
Turtonator features Shell Armour ability (it has an explosive shell) and has a unique Move called Shell Trap. This allows the Pokemon to set a trap when its turn begins. When the rival Pokemon delivers its attack an explosion is caused, thanks to the unique move. This explosion will deal a good damage on the opponent.
Turtonator is normally found near the volcanoes and loves to feed on material like sulphur that is found near the volcanoes. Turtonator's shell is sensitive to any attack. It has horns placed beneath them. These horns produce sparks that are known to trigger the explosion, it is famous for.
Meanwhile, Shigeki Morimoto gave a presentation at Gamescom 2016 that revealed a new Z-Move called Hyper Sprint Attack used by Pikachu.
The game has 37 new Pokemon and eight confirmed Alola Forms of classic Kanto Pokemon. The previous trailer confirmed the following Pokemon:
- Wishiwashi
- Pyukumuku
- Morelull
- Meowth Alola Form
- Marowak Alola Form
- Raichu
Apart from the above Pokemon, the game will also be featuring the evil Team Skull, with both its boss Guzma and big sister, Plumeria.
"Pokemon Sun and Moon" is expected to be released on Nov. 18 for Nintendo 3DS.
