Pokemon Shuffle, the freemium puzzle video game from developer Genius Sonority, has gained popularity since its launch in February 2015. Initially, the game was only on Nintendo 3DS but publisher Nintendo realised that the game could be a hit on mobiles too and released it in August 2015 for Android and iOS platforms.
It has been reported on Serebii that the Nintendo 3DS version of the game received a new update 1.2.24, which brings an updated Mega Manectric and Delibird challenges and Roseus Center stages.
Mega Manectric stage: Though this stage is running for the first time on Pokemon Shuffle Mobile, it is having a repeat run on Nintendo 3DS.
On the Nintendo 3DS, the top 12,000 in Europe, 50,000 in Japan and 18,000 in the US will be receiving Manectite. The top 1,000 in Europe, 1,600 in the US and 5,000 in Japan will be receiving Mega Speedup and the top 20,000 in Europe, 30,000 in the US and 80,000 in Japan receive Attack Power. The rest of them get a Jewel.
On the mobile versions, the top 100,000 receive a Manectite; the top 20,000 receive a Mega Speedup and the top 140,000 receive an Attack Power and a Jewel.
The event period will be only until 24 November, and the reward period will be from 1 December to 8 December.
Delibird Escalation Battle: This challenge will be rolling out on Nintendo 3DS and the mobile version. Though Pokemon Shuffle players will not be able to catch Delibird, it will be offering them a range of items as they go through different levels.
Here is what it offers in different levels:
- Level 1: Exp. Points x1.5
- Level 5: Moves +5
- Level 10: Disruption Delay
- Level 15: Exp. Points x1.5
- Level 20: Mega Start
- Level 30: Attack Power Up
- Level 40: Exp. Points x1.5
- Level 50: Attack Power Up
- Level 60: Moves +5
- Level 70: Disruption Delay
- Level 80: Mega Start
- Level 100: Complexity -1
The event period will only be lasting till 24 November.
The report also states that the Roseus Centre has also been added after the update. This will unlock only after players beat Mega Medicham.
