Nintendo 3DS' popular video game "Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire" ("Pokemon ORAS") gets new events – Nationals Distribution, Johto Starter Distribution and Mewtwo Event — said a post on Serebii, the Pokemon community blog.
Nationals Distribution: Players attending the US Nationals from July 1 to 3 can make use of a new special distribution. Players will receive a Shiny Machamp Pokemon. And this, according to the post, is based on the Machamp that was used by Senior World Champion Mark McQuillan, helping him win matches in the U.K., German and Italian Nationals.
Shiny Machamp is a Level 50 player and has moves like Dynamic Punch, Stone Edge, Wide Guard & Knock Off.
Johto Starter Distribution: This special Pokemon Lab event, to take place Osaka, Japan, will begin on July 16 and end on Sept. 4. It would have three new distributions. Players will be able to receive Serial Codes for Johto Starter Pokemon — Chikorita, Cyndaquil and Totodile.
This event is for Japan region only.
Mewtwo Event: All international players will get a new event. Those players who participated in events like Play! Pokemon VGC events, including Regionals, Premier Challenges, Nationals and even the International Challenge Battle Competitions, would have received a mail for a special Shiny Mewtwo with its Hidden Ability of Unnerve.
The code for this would be sent between late July and is expected to expire on Aug. 21.
