The popular augmented reality (AR) mobile game was first released on July 6 in three countries – the United States, Australia and New Zealand – before spreading to the UK, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Italy and Canada. The game was expected to debut in Asia by coming to Japan this week, but it didn't happen. Now, it is not clear when it will be released in the country.
Interestingly, Japan, South Korea and China are among the top gaming countries in the world. It is confirmed that Pokemon Go will be released in Japan, however, it won't come as a surprise if it is not launched in South Korea because of security reasons, and China over government regulations.
