If the latest rumours are anything to go by, then the much-expected Pokemon Go Generation 2 aka Pokemon Go Gen 2 could be released as early as December 7. These rumours have surfaced at a time when reports hinting at the incorporation of 100 Gen 2 Pokemons to Pokemon Go have come to the fore.
Now, social forums are abuzz with an image apparently posted by a Starbucks employee that contains references to the release of Pokemon Go Gen 2. This image, now seemingly deleted, also contained a message (as reported by BGR) regarding the source of origin which seems to be Starbucks.
The above image is also rumoured to be an internal Starbucks memo. At this juncture, it is worth noting that Niantic has not yet made official announcements with regard to Pokemon Go Generation 2. Nonetheless, the latest rumours could get Pokemon Go loyalists to keep their fingers crossed during the run-up to December 7 which is the rumoured to be the release date of Pokemon Go Gen 2.
You could take the latest rumours with a pinch of salt considering the fact that Niantic's AR-based title is becoming a subject of intense rumour mills of late. Also, do check out Niantic's official web page in case there are official updates concerning Pokemon Go Gen 2.
At this juncture, it is worth knowing that Niantic's AR-based Pokemon Go is yet to step foot into countries such as India, South Korea and China. Information regarding this potentially exciting development is only rumours, now.
