Chandigarh, Oct 19 (ANI): Commenting on the continuous infiltration bids and ceasefire violations by Pakistan, Lt. General (Retired) P N Hoon said that the attempt by the neighboring country is not a new scenario. He further said that the situation in Jammu and Kashmir is very confusing and no one had expected such kind of a situation. He further said that India needs to have census with each person being registered.
