New Delhi, Dec 31 (ANI): Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will address a press conference at 11 a.m. on January 3 at the National Media Centre in New Delhi. Friday's press conference will be Singh's second such interaction with the media in his second term as the Prime Minister, which began in May 2009.
