New Delhi, July 29 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday attended the 86th foundation day of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). Speaking at the occasion, he said that the farmer has made a big contribution towards the development of the country and added that it is important to ensure that the farmer of the country prospers too.
