Shoojit Sircar directorial Pink has continued its impressive run at the box office with steady collection during the 1st week. The film has completed 7 days and its domestic earning has remained pretty good. On the other side, Emraan Hashmi-starrer Raaz Reboot failed to put the expected impact at the commercial circuits.
There was not much expectation from Pink when the film had collected just Rs. 4.32 crore nett at the Indian box office on its opening day. However, the Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu-starrer surprised all with the weekend figures.
Witnessing a tremendous rise in its business, Pink had collected Rs. 7.65 crore on Saturday and Rs. 9.54 crore on Sunday. The film maintained steady collection on the subsequent weekdays as well.
The court-room drama collected over Rs. 3 crore nett each day from Monday to Thursday, which is excellent, taking its 7-day total collection to Rs. 35.91 crore nett at the domestic market.

The film is expected to carry on the good business even on its secon week. "#Pink enjoys TREMENDOUS word of mouth and is expected to dominate at plexes in Week 2 as well, despite a plethora of new releases," the trade analyst tweeted.
Emraan Hashmi's horror flick Raaz Reboot has been witnessing a fall in its collection over the weekdays. Its day-wise wise earning is Rs. 6.30 crore on Friday, Rs. 5.49 crore on Saturday, Rs. 6.30 crore on Sunday, Rs. 2.61 crore on Monday, Rs. 2.27 crore on Tuesday, Rs. 2.01 on Wednesday and Rs. 1.75 crore on its 7th day, taking its first week collection to Rs. 26.73 crore nett.
Ritiesh Deshmukh and Nargis Fakhri starrer Banjo is slated to be released on 23 September and it will be interesting to see if that will slow down the pace of Pink at the box office.
