2018 has arrived & how. Just yesterday the social media went in a frenzy as they learnt about Gautam Rode & Pankhuri Awasthy's private destination wedding.

The first day ended in style & high spirits at the couple's pre-wedding cocktail & sangeet night. The wedding festivities kicked in earlier in the day with Mehendi, Ring & Shagan ceremony followed by Sangeet & cocktail.

The Sangeet & cocktail night reminded us of a Bollywood masala film with all the perfect ingredients. Gautam made for a handsome groom in a three piece tux by Ashley Rebello & the bride looked gorgeous in a baby pink tulle tube gown with complimenting stunning diamond jewelry by Jaipur Jewels styled by Nida Shah.

The Sangeet had an interesting line up of performances some fun & some emotional. Gautam's brother dedicated few romantic numbers to the couple, Pankhuri's brothers accompanied by her friends had a sweet performance to the song Kabeera. Looks like the families of the couple were equally excited & put up some amazing acts.

The highlight of the program went on to become when Gautam's mama & mami shook a leg on the ultimate romantic number from the yesteryear 'Oh Mere Zohra Zabeen'. Gautam couldn't contain his emotions & joined them on the stage.
