Chiraneevi honours Rekha with ANR National Award 2019 Rekha started her career as a child artist with 1958's Telugu film Inti Guttu and has acted in more than 180 films in Hindi and Telugu languages in her career spanning over 50 years. Boney Kapoor receives the ANR National Award 2019 for his late wife Sridevi Late Sridevi, whose real name is Amma Yanger Ayyapan, began her career as a child artiste with Sivaji Ganesan's 1967 Tamil movie Kandhan Karunai. She starred in over 135 movies in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages in her career spanning four decades. She died after a fatal fall in a bathtub of a hotel in Dubai on February 24, 2018. She was given the ANR National Award 2019 for her contribution to Indian cinema.
