Hyderabad, Oct 11 (ANI): As Cyclonic storm 'Phailin', which is classified as very severe by the weather department, is expected to hit coastal Odisha and Andhra Pradesh at around 5:30 p.m. tomorrow, Andhra Pradesh Revenue Minister N Raghuveera Reddy said that Military, Navy and NDRF are back in action and it is likely to be a super cyclone.
