Thousands of people led by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday night paid candlelight tribute to the victims of AMRI Hospital fire that claimed 93 lives.

Holding a candle in one hand and a tuberose in the other, Banerjee led the marched from Birla Planetarium to the Gandhi statue in Kolkata, paying tribute to the victims of the fire tragedy that took place on Dec. 9.

Also paying tribute were painter Suvaprasana, Jogen Choudhury, poet Joy Goswami, Trinamool Congress MLA Debasree Roy, filmmaker Raj Chakraborty and singer Usha Uthup.
