Power Star Pawan Kalyan is likely to work with director Dolly aka Kishore Kumar Pardasany once again after his blockbuster film, "Gopala Gopala", which was released in theatres earlier this year.
Several speculations are doing rounds about Pawan Kalyan's forthcoming films such as "Gabbar Singh 2" and Dasari Narayana Rao's untitled project. The actor is yet to announce which one of the two films he is going to shoot first. The buzz is that he will soon start working on Dasari's movie.
Reports suggest that Pawan Kalyan has recommended the name of Pardasany to Dasari, who was on a hunt for a suitable director for his movie. After meeting the young director, the producer has agreed to rope in him for his much-hyped project.
"Pawan Kalyan was impressed with Dolly's work in Gopala Gopala and had promised to work with him again. Pawan recommended Dolly's name to Dasari Narayana Rao who has been scouting for filmmakers. Dasari met Dolly recently to discuss the project and felt he was capable of handling the project," a source close to Dasari Narayana Rao told The Times of India.
Dasari has reportedly finalised three scripts for the film and he is waiting for the nod for one of them. "Dasari has finalised three stories and now it is up to Pawan to give the final go ahead. Once the script is locked, an official announcement film will be made," the source added.
However, Dasari is known for taking dig at Mega family heroes in the past. Many people in the Telugu film industry were surprised, when he announced his project with Pawan Kalyan. On his Facebook page on 23 February, the producer wrote, "Very happy to announce that my next project is with our very own #Powerstar #PawanKalyan!!!!!"
