Here's some exciting news for fans of Television couple Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi. The couple, who has been dating for several years now, is likely to take their relationship to the next level.
The popular actors, who started dating during the shooting of "Pavitra Rishta" are planning to get engaged by 2017. "I think we are very happy in the space that we are in currently. We are enjoying this phase and want it to continue for some more time... I think marriage will happen two-three years later but we might get get engaged next year, [sic]" Asha said, Press Trust of India (PTI) reports.
Both actors are currently focusing on their respective acting careers, and have no plan to get married anytime soon. "He is very ambitious and passionate about films. He is planning a career in films and his whole attention is there. It feels great to see him so dedicated towards his work," Asha said.
Meanwhile, Asha, who was last seen on "Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan," is not in a hurry to take up a new show as she is looking for a good role. "I am more inclined towards finite series than the saas-bahu dramas but I am not getting anything great... I really hope something like '24' comes up, I will readily take up," the actress said.
The "Pavitra Rishta" actors recently hosted a Valentine's Day special episode on the eve of Feb. 14. The couple had previously hosted a Ganpati-special episode "Deva Shree Ganesha," and an episode of "Yeh Hai Aashiqui" as well.
A few months ago, Rithvik and Asha had also reprised their "Pavitra Rishta" characters Arjun and Purvi, respectively, in one of the episodes of "Kumkum Bhagya."
