This year, Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor and businessman Anand Ahuja got married as also actress Neha Dhupia and actor Angad Bedi. Bollywood is now happy with the buzz about two new weddings in 2018 - that of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, and Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. Now the buzz is that Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan, divorced already are likely to go for a second wedding to each other, bringing some cheer to their children and more to the industry.
When Hrithik Roshan had announced his separation from his wife Sussanne (Roshan) Khan in December 2013, the entire country was shocked. Theirs was a love story everybody looked up to. They had been together for 17 years, and 14 years as husband and wife. They have two beautiful children, Hrehaan and Hridaan Roshan. Their respective careers were going good. Why then this decision?
In his statement of separation, Hrithik Roshan had clearly put the blame on his wife, saying, "Sussanne has decided to separate from me". But surely both were involved in the marriage to work out or not. Since then, there were many rumours of Hrithik Roshan dating several women, including Kangana Ranaut, as the reason behind the separation. Sussanne Khan was also rumoured to be dating actor Arjun Rampal, who later married Mehr Jessia. All these rumours had no meaning anyway, and the couple divorced a few months later.
But what shocked Bollywood even more than the divorce of Hrithik and Sussanne was their continuous coming together for the sake of their kids, going on holidays with them and hanging out together. Sussanne was clearly still fond of Hrithik. Obviously, rumours began of the divorced couple getting together again and living under the same roof.
Although Hrithik Roshan had then denied those rumours, saying Sussanne will always be a friend, and Sussanne also saying she will never get back with him as a wife, it seems that they are having a change of heart.
Since January 10, 2018, when Sussanne wished Hrithik a happy birthday in a special way, the grapevine is strong that Hrithik and Sussanne are keen to get married to each other again. It's July 2018 now and the gossip refuses to die down about the much-in-love-but-divorced couple!
It seems like Sussanne's support to Hrithik in the Kangana Ranaut episode is what has brought them closer again, apart from their kids. A remarriage is on the cards!
