Pantel Technologies is debuting in the online budget Android tablet market with Penta T-pad WS704DX. The 7-inch tablet will be exclusively available at Homeshop18.com for Rs 4,999.

Penta T-pad WS704DX runs on a quad-core CPU backed with 1GB RAM and 8GB inbuilt storage space. The tablet will also come up with an expandable micro SD card slot for expanding the device storage further.

Alongside the tablet comes with a 2mp rear camera with Auto Focus and a 0.3mp camera for video calling. The T-pad WS704DX also boasts a 7-inch, 720x1,280 pixels display and a metallic finished body. The tablet will run on Android 4.4 Kitkat operating system.

Unlike its predecessors, Penta T-pad WS704DX will be available in several colour options. Pantel has claimed that the device will offer improved battery life.

"Penta T- Pad WS704DX is a Tab which gives you all the facilities you want in a tab in such a reasonable price," said Pantel Technologies MD Vijender Singh, "We want our products to reach one and all without compromising on their budget. We have collaborated with Homeshop18 to make shopping experience for our customers memorable."

For its price, the tablet have to compete with several budget Android tablets made by Datawind, Digflip, Micromax and iBall.
