Is Paltan actor Arjun Rampal bedridden after accident? [Video]

Actors getting injured during the shooting is not uncommon. Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal is the latest to suffer an awful injury ahead of the release of his film Paltan. The former model and actor recently shared a video on Instagram, saying he is bedridden because of a ligament injury.

"Torn my ACL....bummer. Bad timing. #accidents #MRI #bedridden", Rampal wrote on Instagram. Arjun could be seen entering a Magnetic Resonance Imaging or MRI machine to check the damage to his ligament. However, the actor has not revealed how the accident happened.

Fans need not worry about his health as Arjun Rampal's next post on Instagram shows him in Delhi for the promotions of the J P Dutta movie that releases this Friday.

Paltan releases on September 7 and is a part of the war trilogy from director J P Dutta, after his successful movie Border (1997) and its sequel LOC Kargil (2003). Paltan is based on the Nathu La and Cho La military clashes of 1967 that took place along the Sikkim border.

Actor Abhishek Bachchan was also part of the ensemble cast of Paltan earlier, but he walked out of the project. Ironically, the actor will be seen in Anurag Kashyap's Manmarziyaan that releases on the same day as Paltan.

As for Arjun Rampal, we hope the actor fully recovers from his injury soon! There is a report in BollywoodHungama that Arjun Rampal is all set to produce a movie for director duo Abbas Mustan, and he will also be acting in the thriller.
