Deepika Padukone, who is riding on the success of her latest release Padmaavat in which she played the lead role of Rani Padmini, is gearing up for her next already.
The gorgeous actress will star alongside Irrfan Khan in Vishal Bharadwaj's yet-to-be titled film which will be produced by T-Series, Vishal Bharadwaj Pictures and KriArj Entertainment. The movie will go on floors, in March 2018 in Nepal.

"Vishal sir is on the recce currently and the shooting for the film will kick-start on March 5 in Nepal," Mumbai Mirror quoted Prernaa Arora of Kriarj Entertainment as saying.
While initial reports suggested that the film is based on the life of mafia queen Rahima Khan aka Sapna Didi and is an adaptation of Hussain Zaidi's book Mafia Queens of Mumbai, Prernaa said that the Deepika-Irrfan starrer is a work of fiction.
"This film is not a biopic. Vishal sir is directing a fictional thriller that deals with the topic of revenge," she said.
This is the second time Deepika and Irrfan will share the screen space after the success of their previous outing Piku (2015) helmed by Shoojit Sircar.
Meanwhile, Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmaavat had a great opening at the Indian box office despite all the protests against its release. It had collected Rs 19 crore in addition to Rs 5 crore from the paid previews.
It witnessed massive growth on its following days, taking the business to over Rs 100 crore net at the domestic market in just four days. The period drama continues to stay steady at the ticket counters even after a week's run and has crossed Rs 150 crore net at the domestic market on Wednesday (Day 8).
Padmaavat, starring Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, and Shahid Kapoor, is likely to continue its dream run at the ticket counters successfully and will witness a big jump in its collection in the coming weekend as there is no big release on Friday (February 2).
