Saturday's episode of Starz' "Outlander" will finally introduce the character of Duke of Sandringham, a colourful character who has a fondness for young men.

According to the synopsis of "By the Pricking of My Thumbs," Jamie expresses hope that the Duke of Sandringham can help remove the price on his head, and the Duke's introduction is going to change things massively.

As for what to expect on Saturday's episode, E!Online reported that someone will learn she is pregnant. Based on book spoilers, Geillis will discover she is pregnant with Douglas' child, which will lead to her tried for being a witch along with Claire.

Sadly, the spoiler also hints at someone's death. "In this Saturday's episode, we learn someone's preggo, and someone's no longer living… it's another fantastic episode, filled with brilliant acting and writing, and gearing up for episode 111 (airing April 18), which has two jaw-dropping shockers for anyone who hasn't read the books. Two moments that change everything moving forward," the E!Online spoiler revealed.

As the season moves forward, fans will see the show getting as dark and graphic as its source material – the book series by Diana Gabaldon.

"I think it will be as graphic, yes," Tobias Menzies, who plays the evil Black Jack Randall told the media outlet. "I don't think we've ducked what Diana [Gabaldon] wrote, which is going to be some of the darkest stuff she wrote."

As those who have read the books know, there is a graphic scene in the books where Jamie is raped by Randall while in prison, and this will ultimately result in Jamie losing his will to live as Jamie is ashamed Randall succeeded in getting him aroused.

Meanwhile, within the next few episodes Claire will confess the truth about her past to Jamie, and although he believes her, it will take him some time to understand the enormity of the confession.

"He always knew she had a secret," actor Sam Heughan told TVGuide. "So, when she finally reveals [she's from the future], he says he believes her; he trusts her word. Whether or not he can get his head around the enormity of what that actually means, that takes a long time. But ultimately they have this bond and he trusts her and she trusts him and that's an amazing thing."
