Stylish actor Unni Mukundan's romantic family entertainer "Oru Murai Vanthu Paarthaya" (OMVP) was released in 60 theatres in Kerala on Friday, May 27, locking horns with Kunchacko Boban, Jayasurya's movie "School Bus" and Allu Arjun's "Yodhavu."
The Sajan K Mathew-directed film has Sanusha Santhosha and Prayaga Martin as in lead female roles. The songs composed by Vinu Thomas, released in a grand audio launch event in Kochi, have already been well accepted by the audience. Written by Abhilash Sreedharan, "OMVP" is the production venture of Siyad Koker under the banner of Kokers Entertainment and the cinematography has been handled by Dhanesh Raveendran.

Plot
In "Oru Murai Vanthu Paarthaya," Unni Mukundan plays as an electrician and shop owner named Prakashan, who is very active in all his village activities. The movie progresses with light and funny moments he share with his four close friends. He admires and loves Aswathy (Sanusha), but after meeting Parvathy (Prayaga), Prakshan falls in love with her. The interesting incidents that follow form the crux of "Oru Murai Vanthu Paarthaya."
