After the campus entertainer Aanandam, the Malayalam entertainment industry is awaiting the release of another campus movie, Ore Mukham, which is sure to take the audience back to the college days of the 1980s in Palakkad.
The movie, which is the debut directorial venture of Sajith Jagadnandan, was earlier scheduled to hit the screens on Friday, November 11. However, the director has confirmed to International Business Times, India that its release date has been postponed to next week. "Yes, we have postponed the release date of Ore Mukham to November 18 due to the withdrawal of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 in India," Sajith said.

Meanwhile, the makers of Ore Mukham have also released its official trailer, giving a glimpse on what to expect from the Dhyan Sreenivasan, Aju Varghese, Prayaga Martin and Gayathri Suresh-starrer. The two-minute 25-second trailer of the film reveals that it is not just a campus movie, but also a serious crime thriller about two murder cases. The trailer received positive response from the audience and was viewed over one lakh times in less than a day of its release on the YouTube channel of East Coast.
Dhyan, who plays Zacharia Pothan, looks rough and tough in the crime thriller, which also stars Jewel Mary, Chemban Vinod, Sreejith Ravi, Renji Panicker, Sneha, Devan and Deepak Parampol in significant roles. Scripted by Deepu S Nair and Sandeep Sadanandan, Ore Mukham is the production venture of Jayalal Menon and Anil Biswas under the banner of Backwater Studio.
