American chat show queen Oprah Winfrey topped Forbes 2012 list of Hollywood's highest-paid female celebrity after earning an estimated $165 million between May 2011 and May 2012.
Pop star Britney Spears is at the second place in the list with an estimated $58 million of earning, followed by American singer Taylor Swift at $57 million.
Oprah may have topped the list this time, but Forbes warned that she might not be able retain her spot next year.
According to the magazine, Oprah's own network ratings have fallen down drastically. During the time frame when Forbes calculated the list, Winfrey was still earning money from her syndicated show but she called it off in May 2011. She is yet to take a salary at OWN, so her only source of revenue are now from the shows she produces through her Harpo production company.
Rihanna and stand-up comedian Ellen DeGeneres are tied in at fourth place with each earning $53 million between May 2011 and May 2012. Lady Gaga and Jennifer Lopez both stand at sixth place, each earning $52 million.
At the eight, ninth and tenth positions are Gisele Bundchen, Katy Perry and Judge Judy Sheindlin, with estimated earnings of $45 million between May 2011 and 2012.
