Chinese smartphone major Oppo on Tuesday (8 April) released the flagship swivel camera handset N3 in India.
The company had originally launched Oppo N3 along with ultra-slim smartphone R5 back in October 2014. Later this year, Oppo released R5 in India for ₹29,990 and now N3 has finally made its way to the subcontinent for ₹42,990.

For the uninitiated, Oppo N3 sports the same design language as seen in its predecessor, but comes incorporated with major upgrade in terms of internal hardware, which include motorised swiveling 206-degree 16-megapixel camera that acts as both main and front snapper. It can also be operated by finger-print sensor on the rear-side as well as from a Bluetooth based O-Click camera accessory.
Other stipulated specifications include 5.5-inch full HD display, 2.3GHz Snapdragon 801 series CPU, 2GB RAM, 32GB inbuilt memory (expandable up to 128GB) and a 3000 mAh battery.
Competition:
With a 43,000 price-tag, Oppo N3 will go up against popular brands like Xiaomi Mi4, OnePlus One, Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy S5, Apple iPhone 6 (& 5S), HTC One M8 (and soon to be release One M9), Sony Xperia Z3 (& Z2) and other top-end smartphones.
