Hyderabad, April 27 (ANI): Prime Minister Manmohan Singh claimed to the people of Andhra Pradesh that only ruling Congress party can ensure consistent development to the state which is soon to be bifurcated to form new states of Telangana and Seemandhra. Telangana will officially come into existence on June 02.Singh stressed on the pertinence of Congress rule for new region. Singh also launched attack on BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, stating that Modi can never fulfill his promises.
