Chinese company OnePlus is hosting a launch event at London, New Delhi and five other cities on 29 October probably to launch a handset.
The company, in its recent tweet to fans, said that something 'Powerfully Beautiful' is coming on Thursday, hinting that the long rumoured OnePlus X might finally see the light of the day.
To provide a better perspective on the upcoming OnePlus X, we have gone through numerous reports to come out with a list of probable features, release and price details.
Display
The OnePlus X, understood to be the compact model of the flagship smartphone OnePlus 2, is said to come with a 5.0-inch full HD (1920x1080p) display having pixel density of more than 440 ppi (pixels per inch)
Processor, RAM and Storage capacity
Recently leaked AnTuTu benchmark score-sheet of the OnePlus X has indicated that the device will house MediaTek's new Helio series X10 Octa-processor with 700 MHz PowerVR G6200 GPU. It is said to be backed by 2GB RAM and 32GB (eMMC v5.0) in-built storage.
Camera
The OnePlus X is said to sport a 13MP camera with Sony IMX258 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 4K video recording, dual-tone LED flash.
But it is yet to be ascertained whether the compact phone will have laser guided laser autofocus like the OnePlus 2.
On the front though, it will come packed with 5MP snapper with wide-angle lens.
Mobile operating system
It has been learnt that the forthcoming OnePlus X will run on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow based OxygenOS v3.0 UI out-of-the-box.

It is also said to boast of Quick Charge 2.0 technology as well.

Earlier this week, a Chinese user has posted a promotional photo of the rumoured OnePlus X. In the image, we see the phone's display (half) with alphabet X in the back-ground. It also showed that the device would cost ¥1699 (around $267/€242/Rs 17, 375).
