OnePlus team has just rolled out a couple of new beta updates for its flagship handsets, OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T, to fix numerous bugs from the previous release. OnePlus 3 gets the OxygenOS beta 16 while the OnePlus 3T receives OxygenOS beta 7 over-the-air (OTA) update.
The newly-released OTA updates for the OnePlus handsets are reportedly the same as the recent HydrogenOS update released in China and will basically address all the inherent bugs from the previous OxygenOS releases.
Some of the widespread issues being addressed with the new bug-fix update include the alarm not working issue with the Clock app, duplicate contacts appearing after the update while searching through contacts, and apps force-closing unexpectedly.
The update also introduces a dedicated feedback app from the OnePlus team called "User Feedback", apart from battery and system level optimisations and some general bug fixes.
