"One Punch Man" is one of the most anticipated anime shows of recent times and since the first season of the series concluded last year, fans have been eagerly looking forward to the second season of the show.
Recent reports have suggested that the next instalment of the anime series will premiere once the English-dubbed version of Season 1 will finish its run. The reports also state that Season 2 might return to televisions screens across the globe sometime in September.
Asia Starz has reported that the announcement of "One Punch Man" Season 2 will be made next month and the premiere episode will air either in October or November.
For several months, series director Yusuke Murata has been hinting that the production work of Season 2 is ongoing. Hence, fans are pretty excited to watch the premiere of Season 2 as soon as possible.
Recent reports have stated that Saitama's unique power of punching will be put to test in the upcoming season as the protagonist is about to meet some of the most challenging rivals of all times in the upcoming season.
The reports also claim that Saitama will lose his powers and as a result, will be helplessly vulnerable to his enemies' attacks. Season 2 will mostly emphasise on Saitama's battle with Amai where the former might lose his iconic attack moves due to a mysterious reason and Amai might emerge victorious.
To add to Saitama's misery, his long time apprentice and devotee, Genos, will also leave his side and will decide to go his separate way in Season 2. Though Genos has always been loyal and faithful to Saitama, lately, things were not going very well between them. It was just a matter of time that they were going to walk their own respective paths.
