Stiff competition is witnessed among those looking to nab key slots to air programmes on TV during the festive season.
Although it is a non-Malayalam movie, "Puli" has managed to get an important slot to air the audio release function. This clearly indicates that Vijay enjoys great fan following in the neighbouring state.

"Puli" is a fantasy-adventure film starring Vijay, Kannada superstar Kiccha Sudeep, Shruti Haasan, Hansika Motwani and yesteryear popular actress Sridevi Kapoor. It has been made with a budget of over Rs 100 crore.
