Onam Special: See Nivin Pauly and Son Daveed Posing in 'Premam' Style; Photos Goes Viral

"Premam" fever has gripped Kerala since the release of Alphonse Puthren's latest directorial and Kerala audience have accepted the film with open arms.

Now a photo of Nivin Pauly and his son Daveed Pauly aka Dhadha, taken on Friday, 28 August during Onam celebrations, has gone viral on Facebook after the actor posted in on Saturday.

In the photo, both the actor and his son are seen posing in a serious look wearing black shirt and white mundu. The photo has been liked by more than one lakh fans and was shared by more than 2,000 people within an hour.

Nivin Pauly, who portrayed three different looks in the film, became a trendsetter after his look as a college student became a rage among the Kerala audience. The actor appeared in a dark shirt, coloured mundu, black sunglasses and a dense beard in the hit film "Premam".

College campuses in Kerala were quick to adapt the style and were seen dressing similar to Nivin's look for the Onam celebrations. Interestingly, it was not just the boys who dressed up like Nivin, even girls flaunted a style similar to the actor.

Recently, Nivin was in the news for winning the Kerala State Film Awards 2014 for his performance in Abrid Shine's "1983" and Anjali Menon's "Bangalore Days".

The actor will next be seen in Biju Paulose's directorial venture "Action Hero Biju", in which he will portray the character of a police officer.
