It's been a week since India's popular game show "Kaun Banega Crorepati" (KBC) Season 7 began airing on television. Now, Sony Pictures Television owned subsidiary - Multi Screen Media Pvt. Ltd, has released the official applications for smart devices in the country.
The KBC app lets users to play the game how on their smartphones for prize money of virtual ₹7 crores at stake. The player can jump start from the 'Hot Seat' game mode or go through 'Fastest Finger First' option. There is a third option called Globe Quiz, wherein a virtual globe like interface would appear on the screen with country names on it. The user can pick a particular nation of his/her choice and take a quiz on it.
During the Hot Seat mode, players can also get to use four life lines (out of five) as seen in the real game on television. The user can even click his/her picture with game show host Amitabh Bacchan using Insta Hotseat option. This feature will allow you to select images from a gallery and also to adjust, rotate, resize your face to fit in to the frame. Then he/she can and go over to Facebook and Twitter pages to upload their photos.

Windows Phone system requirements:
The KBC app requires 29 MB memory space and is compatible with all smartphone running on Windows Phone 8 OS. They should have data connection and support media playback as well as feature minimum display resolution of 480x800p.
Apple device system requirements:
This app comes in two variants - one 25.9 MB for iPad and 21.3MB for iPhones. It is compatible with iOS v5.0 and newer-generation iPad devices. It is also compatible for iPod touch and iPhone 5.
