The fast-growing, affordable segment in the smartphone market in India is witnessing fierce competition increasingly, with new players entering the segment. Obi is one such player aspiring to make it big in India. The company's Worldphone SF1 launched recently in India aims to bridge the gap between premium and affordable smartphones.
Obi Worldphone SF1 joins the Indian sub-Rs 15,000 smartphone segment, the most popular price one. The Obi Worldphone SF1 is available in two variants, 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, and 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The base model costs Rs. 11,999 while the higher-end model is priced at Rs. 13,999.
Obi has partnered with NDTV Gadgets360 in order to exclusively sell Worldphone SF1 in India. The handset will be available starting 7 December.
The Obi Worldphone SF1 combines the latest technology of leading tech firms including Qualcomm, Dolby, Sony, Corning, Google, MediaTek, Japan Display Inc. and Samsung to deliver the best. The company has also partnered with renowned design studio Ammunition for its Worldphone series.
