From Prithviraj Sukumaran's "Anarkali" to Mammootty's "Puthiya Niyamam", many Malayalam films are set to hit screens this month.
Biju Menon's "Salt Mango Tree" was the first Malayalam movie to be released and the family entertainer has been receiving amazing responses from movie goers and critics alike. The film has collected Rs 1.6 crore within three days of its release at more than 75 theatres in Kerala alone.

Prithviraj's "Anarkali" is the second Malayalam movie to be released this month even as his two blockbuster hits "Ennu Ninte Moideen" and "Amar Akbar Anthony" are running succesfully in theatres. It is the debut directorial venture of Sachy of scriptwriters Sachy-Sethu. The film has Biju Menon, Miya George, Priyal Gor, Sudev Nair, Biju Menon, Samskruthy Shenoy and Kabir Bedi in pivotal roles. "Anarkali" is set to hit screens on Friday, 13 November.

Jayasurya's upcoming family entertainer "Su Su Sudhi Vathmeekam" has been directed by Ranjith Sankar of "Punyalan Agarbathis" and "Varsham" fame. The film has two heroines -- Swathy Narayanan and Shivada Nair. It also has Aju Varghese, Mukesh, KPAC Lalitha and Sunil Sukhada in significant roles and the film is scheduled to hit theatres on 20 November.
Directed by Raghu Rama Varma, Kunchacko Boban and Asif Ali's upcoming family comedy entertainer "Rajamma at Yahoo" tells the story of Michel Rajamma aka Rajamma and Vishnu Yohannan aka Yahoo. The film also has Nikki Galrani, Anusree, Renji Panicker, KPAC Lalitha, Kailash, Mammukoya, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Kalabhavan Shajon and Sneha Sreekumar in main roles. "Rajamma at Yahoo" will also be released on 20 November.
Written and directed by Jayakrishna and Anil Sign, "Aana Mayil Ottakam" is an anthology film with three stories and it will see the performances of Mithun Murali, Balu Varghese, Indrans, Sunil Sugatha and Santhosh Keezhattoor, among others. The film will be released on 20 November locking horns with "Su Su Sudhi Vathmeekam" and "Rajamma at Yahoo".
AK Sajan's "Puthiya Niyamam" is the second outing of megastar Mammootty and Nayathara this year after their hit film "Bhaskar the Rascal". While Mammootty will be seen as Adv. Louis Pothen, Nayanthara will portray the role of his wife Vasuki in the upcoming family drama. Even though the makers haven't revealed details about its release date, the film is likely to hit screens on 27 November.
