The North Maharashtra University's official website buckled under a heavy traffic flow on Monday, following the declaration of engineering results on the website.
The university posted the results of BE (1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year and 4th year) on the site the same day the site crashed.
With the site being temporarily unavailable due the heavy traffic, university officials are suggesting students to remain patient until the site is up and running. Those who appeared in the May 2012 examinations should log on to http://nmu.ac.in to access their results.
About 30,000 students are enrolled under various engineering disciplines across all batches at the North Maharashtra University, which was established on August 15, 1990, after separating it from the parent University of Pune.
In 2001, NAAC Accredited the prestigious 4 Star Status to the University. The NAAC reaccredited the varsity as 'B'(CGPA 2.88 on 4 point scale) grade university.
The university campus spread across 404 acres on the banks of Girna river in Jalgaon district.
