With just a few days left before Nokia kicks off its proposed event, popular Twitter tipster @evleaks has revealed that the upcoming camera-centric Nokia smartphone will be called Nokia 909 and not EOS Lumia 1020 as speculated in the past.
The new name - Nokia 909 - could be true considering the fact that the company's previous flagship camera phone was named Nokia 808 PureView. Moreover, @evleaks has a good record when comes to revealing the names of smartphones.
According to rumours, Nokia's new camera phone will sport a 4.5-inch AMOLED HD (720p) display run on the Windows Phone 8 OS with Amber update and also expected ship with advanced camera app - 'Nokia Pro Cam' to enrich photography experience. It reportedly feature a 41.0-megapixel camera.
Other hardware components of the device include 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus processor with 1GB RAM and inbuilt memory of 32GB.
In terms of exterior look, Nokia 909 is expected to feature a polycarbonate back panel with an Aluminum chassis on the lateral side, giving the smartphone a metallic finish contour.
