Nearly two weeks after Finnish handset maker Nokia launched its Lumia 925 in London on 14 May, the newest Lumia member is set to make its debut in India.
Nokia India has listed the aluminum-clad Lumia 925 on its official website as 'Coming Soon', but did not reveal the price and actual date of release. The company has priced the smartphone at 469 euros (around ₹33,730), excluding tax for the European market.
To corroborate the imminent launch of Lunia 925 in India, Nokia has slashed the price of Lumia 920 price to ₹32,639 from ₹38,199.
Lumia 925 sports a 4.5-inch AMOLED WXGA screen with 1280x768p display resolution and runs on the Windows Phone 8 OS powered by 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor. It packs 1GB RAM and 16GB internal memory.
Apart from an aluminum chassis, the smartphone boasts of an amazing 8.7-megapixel PureView camera with dual-LED flash support, OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and Carl Zeiss Tesser lens. It is also capable of recording 1080p full HD video at 30fps.
