Photos of Nokia's first tablet codenamed 'Sirius,' which was tipped to be named as Lumia 2520, have leaked online, showing off the gadget in a new color.
The usual leak website @evleaks has tweeted a photo of Windows RT tablet in a cyan color. At first glance, the device seems like a large-screened smartphone, but the sign of Windows in the middle of the device along with the volume buttons on the side makes it obvious that it is a tablet.
Another photo was recently leaked online, which showed off a kickstand of the tablet. The picture also showed a SIM card tray and a volume rocker,reported Phone Arena.
Hence, it is being speculated that the Finnish Company is expanding its Lumia range to tablets.
The Lumia 2520 Windows RT tablet is expected to carry a display of 10.1 inch, along with a screen resolution of 1920X1080 pixels. The device will be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, reported Phones Review.
The tablet will run on Windows 8.1 and it is likely to sport a rear facing camera of 6.7 megapixel with Carl Zeiss optics. The front facing camera is predicted to be of 2 megapixel, which can be utilized for video calling.
It is predicted that Verizon and AT&T will be carrying the device once it is launched at a price of $499 and along with the tablet there will an optional QWERTY keyboard and built in battery for the customers to purchase.
The forthcoming tablet is expected to be unveiled during Nokia World Event on Oct.22 along with six other devices.
Along with Lumia 2520 Nokia is also expected to launch the Lumia 1520 phablet, the Lumia 525, which is expected to be a successor of Nokia Lumia 520, Asha 502, Asha 503 (successors of Asha 501), reported Techno Buffalo.
