HMD Global is reportedly getting ready for the release of its higher-end handsets, dubbed as the Nokia 7, Nokia 8 and Nokia 9. The Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 handsets have been available in select markets. In fact, the Nokia 9 is a flagship device that will take on premium devices from Apple, Samsung and others.
No official announcement has been made on the release date of the Nokia 7, Nokia 8 and Nokia 9 but reports have claimed that they should see the light of day in July or the first week of August.

In what could please Nokia fans across the globe, leaked pictures of new handsets believed to be the Nokia 8 and Nokia 9 have been spotted online. They look good with bezel-less screen, and the fingerprint scanner in the Nokia 9 is seen in the back.
Nokia 7 expected specifications
The device is expected to feature a metal body, sport a full HD display with 1,080x1,920p resolution, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, and run Android Nougat operating system. It is also expected to feature a camera by Carl Zeiss optics, a fingerprint sensor and fast battery-charging technology.
Nokia 8 expected specifications
The device is expected to sport a display bigger than the Nokia 7 but its exact dimensions are not known. It is expected to feature a QHD display with 2,560x1,440p screen resolution, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, an Android Nougat operating system and a camera by Carl Zeiss.
Nokia 9 expected specifications
It is supposed to be the flagship device. It is expected to sport a 5.5-inch QHD OLED display with a 1,440x2,560 resolution, an IP68 water-and-dust resistant certification, a fingerprint scanner, an iris scanner and an OZO audio. It may have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, an Android 7.1.2 Nougat OS, a 6GB RAM, a 64GB/128GB internal memory (with microSD card slot), a 22MP PDAF with Zeiss optics, a 12MP front-snapper, and a 3,800mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 support.
