Raipur, Nov 10 (ANI): Taking on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh on Sunday said no state can compete with it in Public Distribution System (PDS). The PM had claimed that Chhattisgarh government had failed to utilize the funds allocated by the Centre for development.
