West Bengal, Nov 06 (ANI): Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Wednesday turned down the BJP's demand for Special Protection Group (SPG) security to the saffron party's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi. Talking to mediapersons, Shinde said that the matter was determined by law, and there was a law under which such security is provided only to the prime minister.
