After airing a not-so-exciting mid-season finale with episode 10, titled "Ka Makau kaa kaua" aka "The Sweet Science", on 11 December, CBS' "Hawaii Five-0" is now on a winter break. The network will not be airing season 6 episode 11 as per schedule on 18 December. But, the fans can look forward to watching the episode, titled "Kuleana" aka "One's Personal Sense of Responsibility", when the show returns next year, on 8 January, 2016.
In episode 10, we saw how the Five-0 team investigated the murder of a local amateur boxer. While initially it looked like the suspect was his opponent, who wasn't confident about defending, but as clues unravelled the team realises that Gabe aka Gabriel has something to do with it. Hence, the mid-season finale made way for Gabe's comeback. But, the biggest dilemma of the team was how to nab Gabe as they never have enough evidence to put him away.
"Ka Makau kaa kaua" also focused on the budding new romance between Chin and Abby. Meanwhile, it was confirmed that Adam is going to prison for 18 months. At the end of the episode, Kono was shown sad, but her crew showed up to support her.
When "Hawaii Five-0" season 6 returns from hiatus, CBS teased that it will focus on Danny and McGarrett trying to resolve their issues by attending some couple therapy. As we all know that the two of them keep getting into arguments, and others in the team have always believed that a counselling will help them solve their problems.
Meanwhile, it has been widely speculated that the mid-season premiere will witness the appearance of both the villains and imprisoned Adam.
Official synopsis of "Kuleana" reads: Danny and McGarrett try to solve their partnership issues with a couples retreat in Maui; Kamekona's past comes back to haunt him.
"Hawaii Five-0" season 6 is on a mid-season break and will return with "Kuleana" on 8 January, 2016. For more information on the upcoming episode and live streaming details, don't forget to check back here.
