Fans of MTV reality TV show "Teen Mom 2" will have to wait another week for the latest instalment to air. Season 7 episode 9 titled "While You Were Out" will air a week later, on Monday, May 16.
So far, the show has focused on Leah Messer's custody battle with ex husband Corey Simms; Jenelle Evans' court battle against her ex Nathan's current girlfriend Jessica; Chelsea Houska's upcoming wedding and Kailyn Lowry's life as a single mother. Perhaps the upcoming episode will depict how these problems continue to affect the cast members.
Last week's episode titled "Didn't Mean It" concentrated on the legal battles that each member of the cast faced. Thankfully, Leah and Chelsea were recipients of good news.
The personal trainer from West Virginia finally heard a court ruling that was in her favour. The judge allowed her custody of the twins, Ali and Aliannah. Furthermore, Corey seemed hopeful about Leah's co-parenting skills. He even told his dad that Leah has worked on her issues and that his daughters will be in good hands.
Perhaps episode 9 will capture how the twins adjust to a life with Leah, and we sincerely hope that Leah works on how to stop herself from texting while driving.
Meanwhile, Chelsea also breathed a sigh of relief in episode 8. The child support referee asked her ex to contribute as much as $1,000 every month as part of their kid's expenses. Perhaps this ruling will allow Chelsea to plan her wedding in peace, and hopefully fans will get to see more of this in episode 9.
Kailyn seems to be a very hands-on single mother, but it remains to be seen if there will be friction between her and husband Javi, who recently left on his military deployment. A recent Inquisitr article reported that the couple unfollowed each other on social media briefly. However, it appears that Kailyn is very much a part of her husband's social media profiles.
To be sure, Kailyn and Javi are one of the best couples on the show and we hope that Isaac gets to see his dad soon.
"Teen Mom 2" Season 7 episode 9 airs at 10 p.m. EST on Monday, May 16 on MTV. You can stream the past episodes online via MTV's website.
