The end is neigh for CBS's legal drama "The Good Wife," but fans will have to wait another week before Season 7 episode 19 titled "Landing" airs. CBS will air the latest episode April 10.
[Spoiler Alert]
If there's a burning question on fans' minds, then it most probably concerns Alicia Florrick's (Julianna Marguiles) decision. In episode 18, she finally stormed into her estranged husband Peter's (Chris Noth) office and said she wanted a divorce. Although he consented, he said the divorce would be smooth only if she stayed with him until the trial.
If Alicia stays, Peter might not have to face the embarrassment of divorce during his trial for corruption. However, Alicia's personal life may suffer greatly. Fans can expect Peter and her boyfriend Jason (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) to have some manly disagreements. Can Jason handle Peter's constant presence? Will this lead to more arguments between Alicia and the new love of her life?
In any case, Peter's time on the show will be riddled with problems as "The Good Wife" comes to an end. Fans will remember that his most trusted ally Eli Gold (Alan Cumming) betrayed him to Connox Fox (Matthew Morrison) in episode 18. The former campaign manager said that he would talk about Peter's deal with Lloyd Garber, one of the biggest donors. However, Eli's testimony will perhaps be fully revealed when the next episode airs.
"The Good Wife" Season 7 episode 19 airs Sunday, April 10 at 9 p.m. EST on CBS. You can stream the past episodes via CBS All Access.
